These requirements are defined by your business requirements and those of your customers.  These will continue to change and change again over time. ICI is geared to make those modifications as those changes are required or at any time.

BRC, AIB, SQF, Organic are some of the most common and hardest to comply with.  Standards can change period to period.  ICI works with your standards to not only provide a compliant pest control service put to do it for a reasonable price.

Inspections are the basis of all advanced services.  Looking at the facility through changing eyes helps maintain what is needed to provide a top tier pest control service.  Annual inspections are a must as well as quarterly and annual trend reports.  Facility maps must be updated annually as well as well as all the documentation.

ICI provides a complete pest control log book containing all information concerning the service including service agreements, licences, insurance certificates, scopes of service, trap logs, current Safety Data Sheets and material Labels, usage logs and any other required paperwork.  In the Pest Control business it is all about documentation.

All our customers receive the best in customer care and customer service but many companies require 24/7 service and ICI provides that level of service.  

Communication is the key to any business relationship.  We communicate in person, via written reports, through our log book, via phone, email and yes even text messaging.  Periodically we will need to sit down to make sure that both your firm and ICI are on the same page regarding your needs and we look forward to that opportunity.

Having an additional service to handle unforeseen service needs or emergencies is a common requirement these days.  Having an outside pest control service to give you a second look or inspection is also becoming more common.  Many inspectors want to see that companies have thought ahead and are prepared.
